Unexpected charm in North York

The location was a dream, with easy subway access. Staff greeted us warmly and breakfast was delightful—especially the croissants that melted in your mouth!

However, the room felt quite dated, and we noticed some areas in need of a deep clean. A faster TV service would have been appreciated too.

It was just a perfect match for a short stay in Toronto with fantastic value for money. The bed was comfy, but I did experience some noise due to parking lot renovations in the morning. Make sure to keep the "do not disturb" sign visible if you want undisturbed privacy during your stay.

Parking is a hassle!!! It's misleading to say parking is validated when it isn't!!! Directions to the parking are confusing and frustrating, leading to unnecessary delays!!! Poor communication could be easily fixed!!!

The room on the 18th floor offered stunning views and a very comfortable bed, though the layout felt a bit cramped, especially with the unusual wooden french doors separating the bathroom. While the indoor access to public transport was a great advantage, the absence of a microwave was inconvenient for warming up leftovers. Nearby dining options are plentiful, including a local supermarket, which made meal planning easy.

The room was super comfy with a huge bed and the indoor pool was a great spot to unwind after a long day. I really enjoyed the hot tub too, which was perfect for relaxing before bed. Just a heads up, parking costs extra, but overall it was a lovely place to stay! 😊
